Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted by Verdha Collection. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Customers must upload a clear unboxing/return request video showing the product condition at the time of return request.
  • Return approval is subject to inspection and verification by our team.

2. Mandatory Video Proof for Return Approval

To prevent misuse and fraudulent claims:

  • Customers must upload a clear video of the product showing all sides, packaging, tags, and condition.
  • For damaged/wrong item claims, the video should clearly show the issue.
  • Without proper video proof, the return/refund request may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, wear and tear, or installation issues
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used, washed, altered, tampered, or incomplete products
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions
  • Any item found different from the originally delivered product

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

If the product is found used, tampered, damaged after delivery, or different from the original shipped item, no refund will be issued.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund after inspection and approval

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product or damaged product delivered).

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Important Note

Verdha Collection reserves the right to reject any return/refund request if the product is found used, tampered with, damaged by the customer, or if required video proof is not provided.
